Solo Travel | Why you NEED to travel alone

Why You Need to Travel Alone.

1. You learn deeper about who you are and what you are capable of.

You feel this great comfort or discomfort that you are your own responsibility.
You have no one to blame, no one to search out for help.
No one to look up to for inspiring adventures to take,
...whether you didnt feel like doing that bunjee jump or taking that overly crowded group tour,
you end up seeing what type of person you are.

"Do you stay safe or Jump into the Unknown"
The More you travel alone, the more you get to know yourself in a third party view.
You may not like what you see, for we like to portray ourselves to others as daring individuals or silent adventurers.

2. You get to Meet a New Layer of you

For everytime you feel lost and seen your thoughts wandering into a place you havent yet discovered.
Your Soul is somewhere else, it has far, gone and left you for a place it has seen beauty for your physical and mental growth.
"When you are day dreaming, that's your Wandering Spirit sending you images of what life and adventure awaits on the other side."-heyhazelhey
Your Spirit has left you to leave you to wander finding it;
And when you do, You meet and reconnect. Feeling more Whole as a Human than you came.

3. You learn to take care of yourself and learn to be your own guard.

"I wont give up on you, as long as you dont give up on me" -Body
Travelling alone has its risk, for both men and women.
When you Travel alone, You hear your voice as if your mother is close by warning you.
Every strange encounter, pleasant or not, will always have you on your toes...
Travelling alone will teach you to closely listen and watch your surroundings.
You Guard yourself and take care of yourself as if you are travelling with a very younger version of yourself...
Imagining yourself as a toddler, You carefully feed them, bathe them, making sure they get enough sleep and not going to dangerous places, not letting them speak to strangers until they are told so... but yet told to be kind, to play when it is the right time.

4. One with the Whole
The Greatest thing of all is that you become powerfully Mindful.
Travelling alone, everywhere you go, you end up seeking to rest your feet and just to observe what is happening around you.
You watch people walk pass, you look how the sun is sipping through trees or how to moon glisten the river... you savor each passing second, observing to the smallest and biggest scale...
Like looking at your feet as it walks on a sandy beach or long grass...
Without a question in mind, you become so aware of what you are currently doing...
So engaged that time paused for you to observe.
Time no longer rules you.
You rule your time.
You rule your space on this earth.
Whenever you go to a New Place or Meet a New Face,
That is when you truly become so aware and mindful of your words and your actions.
Those minutes always feel like a glimpse of a second.
Other Moments except from these are just a reminders to engage yourself in the now.

5. You aren't getting Younger.

The best time to travel, at any country is NOW.
Decision is the only thing you need to accomplish anything in life.
You may know how much money you have in the bank
but you dont know how much time you have left.
The Best years to travel is when you are young and full of energy
to completely submerge yourself in to the culture, the weather the locals,
the foods... Wear what they wear
Eat what they eat.
Saying Yes to every adventure that present itself
Be Curious. Always.
Dare yourself,
Make yourself Proud,
Make yourself Cry (out of awe)
Make yourself laugh
Most of all,
Fall in love with life.

"Travel Far, Travel for a day or a year.Take chances to make incredible memories and stories.Adventure always awaits for those whom are ready to take it."
